The Parish Council has strong objections to this application. It is understood that several objections have been received at B.D.C. We feel that the plot is far too narrow and would prefer much more detail.

Residents letters read to Council.

The Parish Council strongly objects to this application. Overdevelopment of the site and certainly unsuitable for an older residents sheltered housing area. They are aware that you have received residents complaints about this application and that Wherry Housing retains a covenant on these properties. It would appear that permission was previously sought by Wherry Housing for an increase to one of the bedrooms, which was declined. Surely this has to be refused for the same reasons as it is external.
