Minutes of Meeting of  Blofield Parish Council, Planning Committee held on Tuesday 19th May 2009 in Heathlands Community Centre ,Woodbastwick Road, Blofield Heath at 6.30 pm.

6.30pm. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – 15 minutes were available for the public to submit questions relating to the applications on the Agenda and other Planning Issues.

PLANNING APPLICATION FOR CONSIDERATION.

20090457 –Renenergy Office, Woodbastwick Road, Blofield.
Condition changes No.s 2 & 4.
As this is a development outside of the Development plan for the area, we feel variance of conditions will result in a general development rather than the specific development granted.
In light of the economic situation an extension of an additional 6 months is acceptable but any changes to condition No.2 is NOT.

20090403 – Pondside Barn, Woodbastwick Road, Blofield
Single Storey extension for Storage.
Mindful of condition 9 placed on Barns at the initial stage.No objections if used for general storage,definitely no vehicles.

20090327  -  Lokeside Barn, Woodbastwick Road, Blofield.
Erection of Storage building.
Condition No.9 of original build stated:- No buildings, walls, fences or other structures shall be erected within the cartilages, nor alterations or extensions made to the dwellings without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
This application is obviously retrospective, the building having been erected as far back as December 2008 and the current application does not accurately reflect the current position of this shed as it is today.
Parish Council objects for all the reasons above.

DECISIONS RECEIVED FROM BROADLAND DISTRICT COUNCIL( Since the last meeting).
         P.A. 20090176 – Cottage Shack Lane. Applicant has withdrawn the application for a sound barrier and
Extension to the garage.
Permission for the two storey side extension was granted permission on the 11th May 2009.

Enforcement notices – unchanged.
All still ongoing and none completed.
